Room is decent. Pool was nice but too small for the amount of guests.

Room didn’t get cleaned and had to beg them to clean it before going home for the day.

Less than expected

Staff at reception and restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

At initial check-in things were made very complicated by duty manager. Hotel is in full renovation and we were not made aware, airco in suite no able to cool the room, restaurant limited offering, sink was not flushing, was difficult to pay with Euro's (?) - hotel has "no change", trash was not cleaned after first night (and we had 2 babies there), breakfast bit basic for 4 star hotel - maybe to do with refurbishing? Had a better experience previous visit, but was some years ago.

comfortable clean and nice big bath!!!

staff in the restaurant were a bit rude and totally rushed off their feet. didn’t feel like a valued customer. we ordered drinks after our meal and they weren’t interested - had us sat waiting for an hour. we gave in the end but they still added the drinks to our bill. restaurant was overpriced for what it was

Very friendly staff and very helpful. The restaurant and breakfast was great. nice swimming pool and spa area.

they refurbishing the hotel so some little things needs attention and love and care. The location is not the best. But close enough to enjoy your stay

Breakfast, dinner were great. Enough options for 3-4 days.

The price is quite high for the location. Prices in the restaurant are not justified, especially for drinks. The location is very remote, with not much to do around it, but you can ride to Rotterdam

Great hotel right next to the port of Rotterdam

The staff was very friendly and competent. The restaurant was great - much better than the last time I was there. I did ask and was told that they have a new chef and I must say this improvement was noted. My best regards to the chef.

The bathrooms are a bit dated. I would much appreciate a walk-in shower as opposed to taking a shower in the bathtub. If a renovation takes place, this would be my first suggestion for improvement.

Personnel was kind of rude because we were ask to leave the breakfast in a Dutch manner even though there were free tables. Spa only for 30 min. No slippers. No dressing gowns. No minibar. No items like one time toothbrush. No food for dinner for customers - only by booking, so we had to find ourselves. Spider and 2 bugs in the room. That terrible Pickwick tea for breakfast and in the room. Why is it 4 stars hotel?

Great breakfast, decent rooms. Fine location .

Swimming pool was not open. Information about it was not known on booking.com and on their site only to be found in small letters on their pool page. This should be in big letters on their first page. Another pool was at disposition in the area but this one was fully booked when we arrived and this was not mentioned as a possibility two days earlier when I called the hotel. This was really unfortunate as we booked this hotel just for the pool , the proce of hotel was expensive yhey could at least give a discount or an upgrade.

Good it served its purpose. Just my experience wasn't great.

The bed was fine, the shower was good. The shower cabin was small though. It had a small bar fridge (good).

1.Breakfast: I feel for this price (€ 150,00 per night) the fresh fruit selection could be better. Also I am not a fan of this type of coffee machine. 2. I asked for a room with a balcony but the hotel seemed too full not possible (pity) 3. We arrived late. I had asked them via booking mail to keep the kitchen open, we got there minutes too late.

Beds were surprisingly comfortable

The bathroom was worth of a 3 star hotel and is morally old. The fact that you can use the swimming pool and hamam for 30min only was quite dissapointing as we exactly chosen the place for this facility. There was also no notice of any kind regarding such restrictions

For a good sleep and bath.

Very big luxury rooms with en suite bathroom with big ath and shower. Kettle and coffee machine in room. Real big and good breakfast choice. Very very very good bed !

Had booked rooms with breakfast but on arrival only super early and super late breakfast slots available. Had only 45 minutes for what we wanted to jave a nice long family bkfast. We understand this is for limitations against covid but we had to get up sôôoo early on a sunday morning.

they have a pool and room for 3 + pet

Having a pool open with the ease of the covid restrictions was the reason for choosing the hotel! and it was indeed very nice as at the time it was not crowded.

The sofa-bed in the suite was unbelievable uncomfortable. As usual with a pet you get the worst room (next to something that was making noise). Not very clean the room, stains allover.
